Reservations & Cancellations
- Reservations and cancellations MUST be made by Phone 800.328.1246
- Cancellations must be made 2-weeks in advance of arrival date or there is no refund
- If you cancel within the 2-weeks, you are obligated for the full reservation
- We refuse all other requests for your unit(s) once your reservation is completed
- We will NOT allow more than the MAXIMUM amount of PEOPLE in a Cabin or Room
If you show up with more people, you will need to rent another Cabin or Room to accommodate the extra person or people
Guest Information:
There are many reasons why people reserve Cabins or Rooms. Some people focus on fishing while others focus on
Branson entertainment and shopping. Others come to relax. No matter the reason, your reservation is for
your rooms, your accommodations. Your Cabin or Room is available for the entire time you reserved it for
and we can not rent it to anyone else.- Bring your beach towels for the pool (Room towels do not go to the pool or dock)
Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day - Bring Life Jackets for children. All children 12 and under must wear a life jacket AND have a parent while on our dock
- No Smoking in Rooms – plenty of places to smoke outside. No Pets, Please.
- Check-in is after 2 PM but we take an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) Example: if you think you will arrive by noon – we try to have your room ready. Keep in mind that people have until 10 AM to depart and we have until after 2 PM to get your room ready but we do our best to meet your ETA
- Check-out is at 10 AM. If you want a later check out – you must come to the office and check with us first. We will let you know if a later check-out is available. Anyone checking out after NOON will be charged an additional fee
- Visitors are welcome. They can visit you in your room or in the Picnic area – but they are not allowed to swim or be on the Dock. All visitors must leave the property by 10 PM
- QUIET TIME begins at 10 PM – Please respect your neighbor as others are trying to rest
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL - Kitchens are fully equipped – Dishes, pots & pans, bowls etc… A few rooms have Kitchenettes – 2 or 4 Burner Stovetop but no oven. All Cabins and Rooms have microwaves and coffee makers
- Charcoal grills are outside each Cabin or Room
- Grocery, Restaurants and Laundry facilities are a few minutes away in Hollister, MO
- Fishing licenses and trout stamps are sold in our office
- Payment by Cash or Credit Card – We do not take Checks
- There are NO pull out couches on the property
If you decide to leave early – that is your choice however you are still obligated to the full amount of your reservation.
The dock is well lighted and available for your fishing fun while you are staying with us.
